Tips for PPC Campaigns
We’re going to use Christmas as an example;
1.Think ahead - if you are selling products for Christmas, don’t start in November - you need to plan ahead and start your campaign in June or July. This way you can monitor your feedback from customers and continue to tweak your results ready for the rush.
2. Know your market - Are there products or toys that are going to be this Christmas “must have” - if so, plan to include this in your campaign. Don’t just go for Christmas presents as it’s an ambiguous term - try to narrow your market down. As a result of this you will be delivering more targetted traffic to your pages and increase the chances of lucrative sales.
3.Securing the deal - Make the page that your advert is linked to, relevant to the advert. Advertising Barbie dolls and then linking to a shop is not good enough - people will click off and not come back. Make sure that the page is 100% spot-on relevant.
